Brand refresh for long-standing Dundee based chartered accountants and independent financial advisers.

Project Objective.

With Walker Dunnett having been established for over 50 years, the current branding was starting to show its age. We were asked to create a refreshed logo and visual identity for the company to help improve position within the sector and convey an image of professionalism and trustworthiness, whilst retaining the legacy of the business.

Our Approach.

We took a content focussed approach to the brand for this project. Walker Dunnett & Co offer a wealth of knowledge and advice — we positioned the brand to present the written content first & foremost ahead of the logo, allowing greater emphasis of the written word and value offered.

The logo is an evolution of the previous logo; the new, customised type has been strengthened for a bolder, more contemporary appearance offering a greater confidence. The green colour palette was maintained with the addition of a third, legacy colour, to add a greater visual distinction. The '& Co' has been brought back into the main logo-type for greater significance of the wider Walker Dunnett team.
